Aah, this was really cute haha ;; I don't think I've ever seen a VN use video clips like this before... Well, I think Trianthology by Ryu07 uses real life movies of fields, villages, etc for some of the backgrounds, but it has static anime sprites layered on top of them. The presentation in this VN is actually very interesting; it makes it feel so dynamic and lively. It's making me wonder if using static BGs and sprites might be kind of limited after all, when you can do even more cool things in Ren'py...
The rap segment was very silly, but it was also a lot of fun haha It's cute and wholesome!
This is a pretty short project, but I had fun going through it and finding all the new dialogue snippets. It stands out a lot, not just among VNs in this jam, but among VNs in general. Thank you for making it!
This was really cool, I had never seen a VN that makes such strong use of IRL acting and video - Really made it feel more like a unique multimedia project! And it was surprisingly wholesome too, especially the remark "Remember, there is no perfection in living, [...] and the best kind of songs aren't in tune!"
And yes, the rap route is really silly. I loved it. Seems like the kind of fun, loose expression that would make someone in Robyn's situation feel lighter!
Super fascinating story overall, I'm wondering what you'll make of it as you develop it further!
Thank you very much for taking the time to play my game, and for your comment. I appreciate you enjoy the concept with the videos! This was an idea I've had for a while and I would certainly like to have another go in the future!
I thought this was extremely charming! (Yes, even the rap segment :P)
The narrative in general was rather adorable and tender. I know you say it's just a short demo, but it's a concept I'd love to see expanded on in the future if it's something you end up doing! Robyn seems like a character I'd like to spend more time inserting into, and I imagine the possibilities for remnants summoned could be endless ^-^
Thank you for saying my game is charming! Waking up to these comments today has truly been wonderful. I appreciate you taking the time to play my game.

Amazing mood. Your use of videos was super creative and caught me off-guard. Love the VA acting from both of you.
Thank you for making this demo! Hope to see more from you!
